Items must be returned in their original packaging
Items must be unused and in resalable condition
Refunds will be issued for the cost of the returned goods only. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
After 14 days from the date of purchase, we are unfortunately unable to offer a refund.

If, upon inspection, liability is accepted, we will refund:
The full price of the goods
The original postage cost
Reasonable return postage costs
Unless the item is faulty, return shipping costs and responsibility for safe handling remain with the customer.
