Preorder items will be shipped once they arrive in stock. You will receive an email confirming the estimated shipping date as soon as availability is confirmed.
Orders containing preorder items will be dispatched only when all items are available.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on parcel size and weight. We offer a choice of FedEx and UPS services.
International
We ship worldwide. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on parcel size, weight and destination.
For all international orders, customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes or customs charges imposed by the destination country. We are not responsible for goods delayed, held or refused by customs.

If you wish to return an item, you may do so within 14 days of purchase. To be eligible for a refund:
Items must be returned in their original packaging
Items must be unused and in resalable condition
Refunds will be issued for the cost of the returned goods only. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
After 14 days from the date of purchase, we are unfortunately unable to offer a refund.

If, upon inspection, liability is accepted, we will refund:

The original postage cost
Reasonable return postage costs
